Written with the Advent theme of Light in mind, One True Light speaks of the character of Jesus as the light of the world - the One who came to bring us out of darkness into His glorious light. It celebrates God's great plan to use His only son to bring reconciliation and hope to a dark world. Out of this great truth comes our response as those living in the light - to praise and give Him all the glory for this love he has poured out!

"The Word gave life to everything that was created, and His life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it." John 1:4-5
